• Lac de la Thuile

This small alpine lake is located at 874 m above sea level in a beautiful setting. Lined with reeds, it has retained its charm and wild side. Accessible year-round, it can be discovered by a walking path all around it. Swimming is prohibited.

 

• Chapelle Saint Michel

Overlooking Challes-les-Eaux, Mont Saint-Michel offers a varied hike in the shade of its western slope. Paths through woods and meadows near the Bellevarde Farm, easy climbing at the Grotte des Fées in a rocky area, a trail to cross the summit before visiting the ruins of the old chapel and reaching the magnificent viewpoint of Chapelle Saint-Michel.
