Must-do Via Ferrata in Grenoble from Grenoble
The most famous via ferrata in Grenoble is the Les Prises de la Bastille Via Ferrata. It is the most iconic route in the center of Grenoble and one of the first equipped in France, back in 1999. However, like many via ferratas from that era, it is not particularly beginner-friendly.
For a gentler introduction, the La Cascade Via Ferrata at Alpe du Grand Serre is more suitable.
